School Programs

For school partnership programs, refund terms are as per the signed agreement. Generally:

  • Cancellation before program start: Full refund minus 10% admin fee
  • Mid-program cancellation: Pro-rated refund for unused sessions
  • Kit components already delivered are non-refundable

2. Robotics Kits & Products

For physical products purchased from our store:

Eligible for Return

Unopened, unused kits within 7 days of delivery. Original packaging must be intact.

Exchange Only

Defective or damaged items can be exchanged within 14 days. Please share photos of damage.

Non-Refundable

Opened kits, consumable items, downloadable content, and items damaged by user.

3. Demo Sessions

Free demo sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled at no cost. If you've paid for a trial/demo:

  • Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before scheduled time
  • No refund for no-shows or cancellation within 24 hours

4. Special Circumstances

We may offer full or partial refunds outside standard policy for:

  • Medical emergencies (with documentation)
  • Relocation to areas without service coverage
  • Service quality issues on our end
  • Course cancellation by OLL
